These are the most common things that people want to use the clipart for, but if what you want to make is not on either of the list, please feel free to contact us.
Just because its not mentioned here, does not mean that its automatically allowed/not allowed.

Purchased Items
Clipart purchased from Playtimeworld is allowed to be used for both personal and business use.
This means that you can sell what you make as long as you follow the few simple rules stated below.

Linking Back
If you use any of the clipart from Playtimeworld, please make sure that you give credit to us.
Add a banner or text link to your website (online) or on the item itself (offline).

Distributing
Playtimeworld clipart is NOT allowed to be distributed in the following way(s):

In Original Form - Meaning that you may not distribute the clipart in their original form, but must create a new project using the clipart. Preferably in a way where the clipart themselves cannot be extracted from the new image.

As Tubes - Meaning that you cannot distribute the clipart as tubes in any way. This also includes any projects you may use the clipart for.

Resold By Your Buyers - Meaning that you cannot use the clipart for any projects that are meant to be resold by your buyers. The clipart is ONLY for reselling projects for the person that bought the clipart.

Alterations
You are allowed to make minor alterations to the Playtimeworld clipart, as long as the image(s) are still recognizable.

General Information
All artwork is copyrighted to Playtimeworld.com and remains with Playtimeworld.com. Purching clipart from Playtimeworld does NOT transfer copyright to the buyer.

Under no circumstance may any content related to Playtimeworld.com be used in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, libelous, immoral, obscene or fraudulent, or illegal.

Playtimeworld reserves the right to not permit use of any image(s) for any reason whatsoever; and notify you that certain image(s) are no longer available for use.
Playtimeworld reserves the right to replace image(s) with an alternative image for any reason. 

Under no circumstances whatsoever will Playtimeworld be liable to you for any money damages including, without limitation, any lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of: the use or inability to use the image(s), Playtimeworlds´ breach of this Agreement, or for any claim by any other party. 

If Playtimeworld provides links to third-party sites as a convience to you, Playtimeworld does not control third-party sites or links to third-party sites.
Playtimeworld is not responsible for the content of any linked sites.

Playtimeworld does not warrant that the content or functions contained in the site will be free from errors, interuptions, defects, viruses or other damaging elements, or that Playtimeworld will correct any of these.

Playtimeworld reserves the right to make the call on anything that may not be so defined and to edit this page as we see fit.
