Q: How do I recieve my clipart?

A: Once your payment has been recieved and verified, you will recieve an email containing a link which lets you download your clipart.
You can also log in to your account and access the download(s) through this area.
NOTE: If paying by e-check, your download links will be made available immediately after your payment has cleared PayPal or the bank. This can take up to 4 days.
 

Q: How do i download my clipart?

A: Log in to your account. The login link is in the upper left corner of the website.
Once logged in, go to "My Account", which is also in the upper left corner of the website.
In your account, you will see your order(s) and next to it a button called "view". Click this button, and it will take you to the download site. Just click the "download" button to download your clipart.


Q: I really want a specific item. Can you make it for me?

A: As a rule I do not do custom work, but you are more than welcome to contact me and request a certain item, and I might add it to a futur collection.
